Artist Statement
Your land my land our world
This series affords me the opportunity to explore shadowed environment issues where ambiguity is placed beside time, history, truth, apocalyptic end (at least you know what’s happening at last) not to mention conspiracy and economic favoritism.
All this is to produce a coherent and sensitive approach to this series of works using visuals from the front of my gallery facing French Island that I have watched with the perceived perception of developing encroachment and the degradation of the natural environment.
